Where Do You Operate?
We are based in Wellington, Somerset, however we operate throughout the West Country! We can provide friendly locksmith services, home security services and PAT testing throughout the South West. Counties covered include Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Avon and Wiltshire alongside our 24hr Mobile Service.
What Services Do You Provide?
Our services include locksmith services including emergency door opening, supplying and fitting new locks, UPVC locks and handles repair or replace, window and garage locks, safe and vault services, door repair and carpentry services, access control systems, electronic and number entry systems, mobile key cutting and burglar repairs.
We also provide CCTV and alarms for your home security, including surveys to decide the best system for your property. Our friendly team are always on hand to provide assistance with any technical issues, repairs and servicing 24/7.
PAT testing is our final service ensuring your electronic devices are safe to use. We complete inspections and testing of your equipment including full inventories, test results, list of any failed items with explanations and clear pass labels for each appliance along with details of the next inspection date and test due.

Can You Come to My Home to Fix the Lock?
We provide a full mobile locksmith service covering the South West of England. We can come out to you and provide mobile key cutting as well.
Will I Need a New Lock?
We try to repair locks where we can, however in some cases a new lock may be the only solution. We will do the best we can to keep your original lock!
Can You Supply New Locks?
Yes, our team can provide you with high quality locks as well as install them.
Do you recommend CCTV for everyone?
Our CCTV service is popular amongst those who want a higher level of security for their property. We do not simply recommend it to everyone – all our CCTV and alarm services include a full security survey to determine the best course of action which will benefit you as well as fit within your budget. We always issue a complete quote with installation included with no obligation!
What if my burglar alarm goes wrong? Can you fix it once it has been installed?
After any installation our team are always available to answer any questions you might have about how to work the equipment, as well as being on hand to provide technical support. We can service and repair when necessary to ensure you are happy with your alarm system 24/7.
What is PAT testing?
PAT testing stands for Portable Appliance Testing – it is the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to make sure they are safe to use. It is recommended for businesses, and although it is not a legal requirement, employers are recommended to take a risk based approach according to the type of equipment being used and what it is being used for.
Do I need to get my equipment PAT tested every year?
The law only requires that any electrical equipment which has the potential to cause injury is kept in a safe condition. There is no law requiring equipment testing annually, however it is often good practice to have your equipment checked yearly, more as an organisational tool than anything else!
